ABOUT CORNERKEEP

Storage should feel straightforward from the first visit.

Cornerkeep is a small Portland storage company built around practical advice, well-kept facilities, and people who take the time to understand what you are actually storing.

WHY WE EXIST

Useful extra space, without the unnecessary friction.

We started Cornerkeep after seeing too many people arrive at storage facilities unsure about size, access, insurance, or what would happen after the first month. The space itself was rarely the hard part. The process was.

Our job is to make those decisions clear. We ask what is being stored, recommend a sensible starting unit, explain every charge, and keep each center clean enough that customers are comfortable visiting on their own.

That approach works for a few boxes between tenancies, a household during renovation, or stock for a business that needs room to grow.

WHAT GOOD SERVICE LOOKS LIKE

Small details we check every day.

Clean means checked

Corridors, loading areas, lifts, trolleys, and vacant units are inspected on a regular schedule—not only when someone complains.

Advice before upselling

We compare the item list with room-size examples and explain how stacking changes capacity before suggesting a larger unit.

Clear access rules

Customers know the access hours, permitted items, lock requirements, and support contacts before they sign.

A person when needed

During office hours, a local team member can show units, answer a packing question, or help resolve an access issue.

FACILITY CARE

Security is a system, not a slogan.

Recorded CCTV covers common areas, individual codes control entry, exterior lighting supports evening visits, and our team checks doors, alarms, and access points as part of routine operations.

Customers provide their own suitable lock. Contents protection requirements are explained before move-in.

THE PEOPLE AT CORNERKEEP

A local team that knows the centers.

The same people who answer sizing questions also walk the corridors, inspect vacant units, and help customers on move-in day.
